We offer individual and group counseling for ages 12+ in mental health & substance use. Experience includes but not limited to anxiety, and health anxiety, depression, ptsd, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, co-occurring disorders. Treatment modalities are CBT, DBT, Written Exposure, & Somatic Processing.

Substance Use Assessments completed for driver’s license restoration, or court requirements.

Coaching includes weekly planning and goal setting, as well as processing what has kept you stuck on your health journey.

Consultation includes clinical supervision, and oversight of programs as needed.

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy includes a safe space to be open and honest as well as processing the emotions that you have been experiencing. Through individual therapy you will create a treatment plan utilizing the smart goal format in order to achieve success that is at your pace.

Group Therapy

Group Therapy includes like-minded individuals in a group setting that offers comfort, relatability, and a way to process common concerns. There will be lessons and possibly homework to continue to strengthen the skills learned in group. Other groups settings are process based in which the topics are generated by the group demands.

Nutrition Coaching

Mental Health Nutrition Coaching is much like individual therapy but the focus will be geared to healthy habits, and acute mental health symptoms. If more intense therapy is needed then this will be addressed in the session. Goal setting and check ins will be encouraged.

Clinical Supervision

Supervisor Supervision in Michigan: Continuing Education Requirements

In Michigan, supervising limited licensed counselors mandates completing 30 hours of continuing education (CE) focused on clinical supervision. However, this is just the starting point. Continuous professional and clinical growth is paramount, with ongoing development being crucial. Michigan Limited Licensed Counselors (LLPC) are mandated to complete 100 supervised working hours within a two-year period to qualify for full LPC licensure.

Clinical Supervision is available in both group and individual setting. Supervision will provide a space for skill building & strengthening, education regarding current practices, and trends affecting therapy. Study groups available & assistance with scheduling NCE and other support.
