Started in 2024 by Heather Frederick, Licensed Counselor, Certified Addiction and Mental Health Nutrition Specialist in honor of her grandson That did not have the chance to experience what life is. At Oliver Lee we strive to be the support that you need to live your best life. We offer mental health nutrition coaching, mental health and substance use services, & clinical consulting both in the office and virtually.

With 19 years of experience in the field of mental health and substance use, Heather Frederick is dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve lasting well-being. She works with Clients aged 11 and older, offering both individual and group counseling tailored to address co-occurring disorders, trauma, and other life challenges. Throughout her professional journey, Heather discovered the transformative connection between nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. Through ongoing training and personal experience, she integrates nutrition counseling into her practice, helping clients develop healthier lifestyles that support emotional and mental resilience (See resource page)

Committed to a holistic approach, Heather believes in addressing the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-to foster sustainable change and improved quality of life. She also believes that mental health challenges are a team approach and has added individuals to the team with vast knowledge to suit your needs.

In order to expand treatment virtually and in person she added Claire Bevel & Emily Yensch now Holloway that offer unique qualities to serve children, adolescents and adults. November 1st we added a new location and now have another wonderful therapist Val which comes with a wealth of knowledge.

Take the first step now-it may be the hardest, but it's also the most rewarding.

What are the next steps?

  1. Select request appointment above. Once demographic information is entered, insurance card uploaded, and request is submitted our office will message you saying we received request and will verify insurance.

  2. Once verified you will get a message with your copay and intake documents will get sent via email.

  3. Once all documents are complete you will get a confirmed appointment. This appointment is not guaranteed until all documents are in and will be cancelled if not done minimally 48 hours prior to appointment. This spot is NOT CONFIRMED until all forms are complete.
